Why this course?
Money can feel like a big mystery. It’s everywhere. It’s flowing or not. We love it, we hate it, we want it, we need it. But oftentimes, if we’re completely honest, we don’t really understand it. Inflation, housing prices, why is everyone talking about rate cuts by the Federal Reserve or the European Central Bank and what the hell is Bitcoin?
Money and investing money is what I see so many women struggle with. And I know for sure, because I struggled with it, too. And it doesn’t have to be heavy and difficult. That’s why I am building exactly what I would have needed.
Money is a big one. Do you know what has the most power over you? It’s the things you can’t talk about. The things you can’t share easily and lightheartedly in a casual conversation. And now take a moment to reflect how often you talk openly about money. Never. Right? Or only with some really close and trusted friends or family members.
Money is emotional - and goes on our nerves
Money is often looked at from an overly rational angle. It’s just numbers after all. But it is really not. It is a highly emotional topic.
Money is a topic we all have feelings about if we admit it or not. We have beliefs and opinions on how money works, how it is earned and why and what it does to people. Our beliefs around money impact every aspect of life. It shows how we view the world.
So in my experience, you can have all the information and education in the world, if you are convinced deep down that money ruins people’s personalities, that you don’t deserve money, that you are “just not a rich person”, that money has to be earned with hard work (which means that it is not allowed to be fun), that money doesn’t grow on trees, you will always have money issues. If you can’t look at your bank account without your heart rate going up and if every unexpected bill feels like a punch in the stomach, you know there’s something deeper there, buried in your subconscious, expressed viscerally by your body’s nervous system.
And when you start wondering if you should invest your money and how, which is going to lead you just a tiny bit into uncharted territory, all the money stories you keep telling yourself will come to the surface. Over and over again. I had to put a lot of energy into doing some of this deep shit inner work (pardon my French), resolving that and coming to a new relationship with money. And if this sounds too woowoo, it’s really not. Just think of what money really is. An exchange of value. Give. Take. That’s it.
Money has meaning
But we attach all kinds of emotions to it, build stories and meaning around it. Ever seen all these highly stressed, sweaty people on the floor of Wall Street? They’re all in very heightened emotional states. And being a Wall Street trader, a banker or hedge fund manager is a status game, too. Money fuels the ego. Makes people feel important and worthy, gives our life meaning, provides us with an identity.
And this is true for men and women. There are tons of studies that show that women are better investors. And still, we associate finances with men - and a lot of women are secretly quite happy that they can outsource the finance stuff to their Dads, husbands or partners. You know it’s true, ladies. What I often see is that unaddressed beliefs around money can hold women back somehow and it doesn’t have to be that way.
If I had money, I would do that thing. If I had more money, I would totally invest and make sure I have money when I retire and not be dependent on my husband or partner. If I had money, I would live my dream.
No, you would probably not ;). Because it is not about the money. Once you have the money, the doubts and fears will just shift somewhere else. And block you in a different way.
It is easy and convenient to project your fears onto money and not face them, but instead outsource or ignore them. And it is very common, too. Most people, and unfortunately a lot of women, do that. And that’s understandable, no judgment. I’ve been there, you’ve been there, we’ve all been there. Because nobody teaches us how to do it differently. There are very few female role models, it just hits different if you see a woman talk about finance. I know. And finance and economics aren't part of our regular school education. But you’re here to learn a new way, a different way, a more sustainable way.
You’re here to take responsibility for yourself and your life. Because if you don’t do it, someone else will. That’s why you’ll probably learn as much about yourself as you’ll learn about money on this journey. ;) I’ll be completely honest with you, this might be painful and you might feel shame at some point. You might feel stupid. Why did I not understand this? How could I live without knowing that? You might regret past decisions. And that can be painful. I know, it’s okay. You are not alone.
But transformation can only happen when we work through it. There is no bypassing. Sorry. But I‘ll make sure we have some fun together on the way. Because everything gets to be fun and easy if we let it be fun and easy. Even math, even compound interest, even macroeconomics. I promise.
Here’s the good news
All these things are not rocket science. I will use very tangible, everyday examples to teach you all about economics, banking and investments. There’s no need for fancy jargon, I will call things what they are. I’ll walk you through the jungle of the stock market, explain asset classes like stocks, bonds, ETFs and demystify their weird naming conventions. You don’t need a masters degree in finance to start investing. Most of it is just common sense really, with some fancy vocabulary slapped on top.
You’ll walk away knowing what a bank is and what it does (or doesn’t do) for you, what the movie “Mary Poppins” teaches us about the banking system, why people came up with the idea of a central banking system and what a currency actually is. We’ll talk about inflation, interest rates and real estate prices. And why investing in the stock market is somewhat of a no-brainer for long-term financial wellness. And I’ll show you how to do it (it’s much easier than you think), what mistakes to avoid and I’ll deconstruct the most common misconceptions around investments.
I’ll explain Bitcoin and cut through the hype behind cryptocurrencies. You’ll walk away knowing what a blockchain is, what Bitcoin offers and how (if you choose to do so) to make your first steps buying some Bitcoin.
Let me collapse time for you, teach you all I know about money and economics and help you get to the right vibe. I am not only a crypto attorney with a special love for tech, I am also a lifelong meditation and breathwork practitioner (and teacher!) and I know a trick or two about nervous system regulation. And, believe me when I say, having your nerves under control is one of the greatest investment hacks. Not math, statistics or spreadsheet skills. Nervous system regulation. Don’t take it from me, take it from Warren Buffett, the investment legend, chairman and CEO of Berkshire Hathaway.
“The most important quality for an investor is temperament, not intellect.”
Why this course is different
Most money courses fall into two traps:
They talk at you with jargon, just explain the financial part or assume you already feel confident with money OR
They only focus on emotions, without teaching anything concrete.
And frankly, I know that knowledge isn’t enough to take action. Because I’ve been there. And I also know that you can light all the candles and do all the Deepak Chopra abundance meditations you want, if you don’t know what to do, none of this is going to change your financial situation. This course gives you both.
I explain the mechanics of money and investing clearly, while also guiding you through the emotional and nervous system layers that usually go ignored.
A little bit about myself
I’ve been exactly at the point you are at now. I felt bad about not having taken care of my finances earlier than my mid 30s. I had a decent income as an in-house attorney, had my money sitting in a savings account and for a few years, actually earned an okayish amount of interest on that - until that changed and interest rates basically went to zero. And I felt like I needed to do something about it.
So I started educating myself - and finally listened to my Dad who had been preaching these things to me basically my entire life. And fell down the rabbit hole of Bitcoin. And was confronted with all my weird beliefs about money that I didn’t even know I had. After sorting that out, I took a hard (and very uncomfortable, but necessary) look at my spending behavior, filled my emergency fund, bought my first stocks, set up my first ETF savings plans and made my first investments in Bitcoin. And after I had done all that, I wondered why I hadn’t done this earlier.
Following that, after more than 10 years as an in-house attorney, I decided that it was time for a bigger change, shortly before my 40th birthday. It’s never too late for life changes, and it’s also never too late to start investing. I quit my job in October 2022, started my own firm and went the fully independent self-employed route.
I now run two businesses (and starting a third one lol, a Legal Tech startup). One of them is this company here (initially I ventured out to only teach Yoga like so many others during the pandemic in 2021, but it has now evolved into a broader educational format) and the other one is my own solo law firm where I work as a crypto attorney (I mostly advise blockchain-related startups from an IP perspective and of course on all matters around Generative AI). I have immersed myself into the wild world of “crypto” for the past four years and learned to cut signals from noise.
Why now?
They say the best time to start investing was always 20 years ago. The second best time is today. And that’s true.
We live in very volatile and interesting times. All eyes are on the US debt situation, AI is unleashing a completely new way of working and - frankly - nobody knows what this is going to do to economies worldwide - and Bitcoin is at an all-time high for a reason at the same time. It is not a time to lean back and wait, it is a good time to be prepared.
After this course, you’ll understand what all of this means, what resources to watch regularly and - most importantly - what to ignore.
It is my conviction that you can’t understand Bitcoin without understanding macroeconomics. And you can’t truly understand the financial system if you don’t participate actively. Having skin in the game makes all the difference. And you will see that you participate anyways, passively or actively. There are literally only these two options, like it or not, you cannot be neutral (unless you live on an off–grid, independent homestead in the jungle which I assume you don’t). You can choose to either make your own decisions and be an active participant – or be passive and let others make the decisions for you.
I’ve been sitting on the idea for this course for more than four years, collecting and studying resources and materials, talking to a lot of women about what they actually need. And I am extremely happy to finally bring this course to life and support you on your journey with everything I learned along the way.
What this course is not
This course is NOT financial or investment advice. You are a grownup and I will treat you as such. I am also not a qualified financial or investment advisor. I am just someone who has been on that journey, studied this for years and loves to share her knowledge and support other women. And I am convinced that if I can do it, you can do it, too. If you need more guidance, I recommend looking for a qualified professional advisor in your country that can support you with your personal tax, pension and regulatory situation. All the information provided is for educational purposes only.
It’s up to you
Through this course, I will give you all the education, the historic background, provide you with trustworthy resources and relevant information available today so you can make up your mind about your own strategy for your own life and financial goals. I will show you all the possibilities and guide you through each of them. But you will make the choice which steps to take and when.
Because I can’t know who you are, where you are, how old you are, what your financial situation is and what your personal investment goals are. I will walk you through the process of how to figure all of these things out.
Making the choices is up to you. Do not outsource your financial decisions to me. Remember why you started reading this? You wanted to take your finances into your own hands ;). Your money, your responsibility.

Most courses focus on either mindset or mechanics or stop the mindset work at the intellectual level.
This one gives you both and goes beyond – deep economic clarity, practical tools for long-term investing and guidance for understanding your nervous system’s response to money.
We’ll use easy breathwork tools, meditation and writing exercises to unravel the stories you’re telling yourself about money, figure out where they come from and how that informed your behavior so far – and how you could move forward with a different story, build up your confidence and find ways to integrate a new relationship with money into your life.
